About Alec
Alec has a Bachelor of Science from University of Glamorgan, specialising in Biology. He has developed a career as an IP analyst, specialising in patents and patent analytics. His role at GovGrant is to take a lead on researching IP Harvest analysis and delivering Patent Box claims for our innovative clients in the UK.
His expertise is in patent analytics and insights, helping innovative companies to leverage those insights to mitigate threats and capitalise on opportunities. Alec is a strong advocate for IP literacy and engages in initiatives to bring IP awareness to all who could benefit, including start-ups and universities.
