Lynsey is an experienced Human Resources professional with skills in strategic HR, change management, resourcing and performance management. Lynsey has previously lead the DE&I agenda in previous organisations and is passionate about progressing this journey with GovGrant. She joined GovGrant in 2021, having previously worked in the health, fitness and service industries.
She is responsible for bringing our new recruits on board and ensuring that all staff feel empowered to reach their full potential. Lynsey has a fundamental role in promoting a positive workplace culture.
