In our annual staff survey we consistently score highly on satisfaction, with staff knowing what is expected of them, having the opportunity to do what they do best every day and knowing that their opinion counts.

In 2019, GovGrant scored a grand mean of 4.20 out of 5 which puts us in the top 10% of organisations who have taken part. We had an 87% participation rate which means the results reflect the majority of the staff.
