Human Resources Manager
As Human Resources Manager, Ruth is responsible for recruitment, staff development and wellbeing.
Ruth has a 20 year track record in youth training and education, including programme management at North Hertfordshire College. She has developed the GovGrant LMS, available to all employed and self-employed staff to build skills, knowledge and self-improvement.
She is responsible for bringing our new recruits on board and ensuring all staff feel empowered to reach their potential. Ruth was essential to the implementation of the GovGrant flexible staff benefits platform and managing the move into our current premises.
Ruth has a fundamental role in promoting a positive workplace culture. In our most recent staff survey 94% of participants were satisfied with the company as a place of work, 94% said that they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day and 90% said their opinions count at work.
Ruth is an Associate Member of the CIPD and has a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.

“I have a passion for helping people to develop and improve themselves. Whether this be welcoming a new member of staff to the firm and helping them to feel at ease or working with someone to develop new skills and long term goals, I have spent the last 20 years doing this and enjoyed every minute.
